The Patriots Boys Basketball team will be headed into the 2019-20 season with a lot of new faces. They have only two players on the squad with any significant varsity experience. Senior Logan Sasse was All-Conference last year and Sophomore Chris Sledge started several games as a freshman.
Several JV players from last year have made the transition to varsity and are looking to contribute including Tyler Dickerson, Trell Marks, Tyler Quinones, and Nick Marchese. Several seniors have joined the team after having previously played: Mike Pappas, David Rodriguez, Malik Williams, Jalin Robinson, Isaiah Kammer and Ryan Sasena.
The Patriots are looking to improve upon last year’s record. Despite lacking in size, they are hoping their motion offense and athletic defense can make a difference in the standings. They open the season with two home games against Holy Name on December 3rd and Normandy on December 6th.
