2021 Female Athlete of the Year Nominee
During my four years at Valley Forge, I have had the honor to compete and play against some of the most amazing athletes in the program. Being a part of a team is something so special to me. I have made the most amazing memories and friends that I will cherish forever. From the court to the pool, I have learned that your team becomes your family, the competition becomes your life, and the blood, sweat, and tears make it all worth it. During my time playing volleyball, I have met some of the most amazing women. From coaches, to my teammates, I thank you. For not only the constant love and support, but for pushing me to always be the best version of myself. During my time on the swim team, I have been a part of some of the best experiences. From swimming 100×100’s during Christmas Break, to waking up at 6:00 am to be at a huge swim meet all day on a Saturday, I wouldn’t trade my experiences swimming for anything. I would like to thank all of my amazing coaches for always believing in me and pushing me to be the best that I can be. Without the constant encouragement, I don’t know where I would be. I would also like to thank my teammates for the laughter, smiles, and love. For the future, I am planning on attending Cuyahoga Community College and then transferring to Cleveland State to major in Nursing. Although my time at Valley Forge is coming to an end, I am thankful I was able to spend my time doing what I truly loved, with the people I loved.
